This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment made in Spl.S.C.No.30 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Needhimandram, Thiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 103 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
