JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Counsel for appellant states that the matter has been settled out of Court by paying Rs.15,00,000/- in full and final settlement. Counsel says, Rs.12,00,000/- has already been paid into the credit of respondent and cheques have also been given for the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/-. Statement accepted.
