The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.05.2021 for the offence under Sections 120(B), 406 and 420 of IPC in Cr.No.15 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that A1 and A2 in the case induced the car owners stating that they are doing the business of getting white board cars for rent on monthly basis and believing them some car owners handed over their cars, however, they neither paid the rent nor returned the cars and when contacted they said that they had given the cars to A3 in the case. The petitioner is arrayed as A3 in the case.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running a travel agency and further submitted that he is innocent and he received cars from A1 and A2 without knowing the allegations.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation is still pending and further submitted that A1 and A2 in the case are still absconding and that all the cars involved in the case have not yet been recovered.
5.Considering the fact that investigation is still pending; A1 and A2 in the case are still absconding and the fact that all the cars involved in the case have not yet been recovered, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
