O R D E R

The petitioners who were arrested on 25.05.2021 for the offence under Section 397 of IPC in Cr.No.383 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners are alleged to have waylaid the defacto complainant's employees and have robbed a two wheeler, mobile phone and Rs.500/- at knife point.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there are two previous cases pending as against the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending as against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
