This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioners' complaint dated 23.07.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who has taken notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police on 23.07.2015 alleging that his daughter Soumya was kidnapped from home on 22.06.2015 and he learnt that she believed the lured words uttered by Mallappan, but, no action is taken till date, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent police to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.07.2015, investigate the same and after examining both parties, to proceed further on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
