The petitioner seeks issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by her mother Sudershan Taneja, who died intestate on 22.10.2017.

2.The petitioner has examined herself as P.W.1 and has produced Ex.P1 death certificate and Ex.P2 Legal Heirship Certificate. From Ex.P.2, it is seen that the father of the petitioner/husband of

Sudershan Taneja predeceased her on 06.04.2001 and the petitioner is the only Legal Heir of the deceased Sudershan Taneja. 3.In view of the same, this application is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule in the petition in favour of the petitioner. 26.02.2019 tta/ay Speaking order/Non speaking order Internet: Yes/No
