Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the entire records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in C3/D.O/04/2023 dated 20.03.2023 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to produce the detenue Tmt.Sheela, wife of Gajendhiran, aged about 37 years, now confined in Special Prison for Women, Vellore and set her at liberty forthwith.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 02.05.2023 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.2314, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
