ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and third respondents to effect name transfer of WEG Wind Fan No.039224391821 and 039224340968 from M/s.Karphagam Tex to the name of the Petitioner's name M/s.Karphagham Tex Windfarm LLP along with utility change from sale to board category to group captive scheme as per the petitioner's application dated 30.06.2022 on payment of necessary charges.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO submitted that, the name transfer in favour of 2/4
the petitioner was already effected by the electricity board. Hence no further order is necessary.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, as the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition was already granted, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
