CRIME NO.1414/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition that is the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.980 of 2021 dated 12.03.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.BENNINGTON, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.980 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 20(b), (ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act 1985, in Crime No.1414 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 AM. until further orders.
