ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "direct the Respondent to revise petitioners salary from the date of reinstatement given on 04.1.2024, by taking note of increment, intervening settlement benefits and periodical Review benefits for the non employment period from 26.12.2007 to 03.01.2024 and pass any other order or direction as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.It is informed that the respondent has agreed to grant the relief claimed by the petitioner by passing a Resolution dated 18.12.2025, which reads as follows:- "Resolved to authorize the Managing Director to settle the Claim Petition case in CP.No.36/2023 before the Labour Court Mediation for Amicable settlement in respect of Thiru.G.Vijayakumaran, Ex-Server/ Cleaner, Staff No.A23442 of Head quarters to fix the correct basic pay with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits, the statutory deductions may be recovered from the 100% of back-wages after that to pay 50% of Back-wages, for the non- employment period from
26.12.2007 to 01.09.2023(i.e from the date of removal to the date of reinstatement) based upon the workman's representation dated.10.11.2025 in CP.No.36/2023 as recommended by the Finance Committee."
3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to comply with the above Resolution within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
