Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petitions filed under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent S.R.O, Magudanchavadi, Sankari Taluk, Salem District to accept the rectification deed dated 29.03.2023 for registration thereby considering my application for Pre-Registration Token Receipt No.TP/146834402/2023 dated 29.03.2023.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to accept the rectification deed dated 29.03.2023 for registration considering the petitioner's application for Pre-Registration Token Receipt No.TP/146834402/2023 dated 29.03.2023.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that when he presented the rectification deed for registration to rectify the survey number, the same has been refused to be received. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Whereas, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the document has not been presented, if the document is presented the same will be registered as per law.

5. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 2/5

6. Such view of the matter, the petitioner shall present the rectification deed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent/Sub-Registrar is directed to register and release the same as per law within a period of 15 days thereafter.

7. With the above directions, this writ petition stand disposed of. No costs.
