Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Thazhambur Police Station Chengalpet District at 10.00 a.m, until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5097 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 and to grant such other relief reliefs that this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5097 of 2022 on 04.03.2022 to appear before the Inspector of Police, Thazhambur Police Station, Chengalpet District at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
