Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamu, to call fo the records fo the respondent vide GO (MS) No.28 dated 01.04.2019 in respect of Non-Judicial Member and quash the same consequently to consider the petitioners claim for the appointment of Non-judicial Member based on 18 percent and 33 percent of reservation by the Central Government an State Government respectively which is based on the guidelines of Section 3(2)(b) of the Central Lok Pal and Lok Ayukta Act 203 in order to uplift the status of the Women in the Society (Prayer amended vide order dated 17.03.2020 made in W.M.P.No.16941 of 2019 in W.P.No.12923 of 2019).
