This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the decree and judgment dated 18.11.2024 made in RLTA.No.251 of 2023 on the file of II Additional Judge, City Civil Court,Chennai, confirming the decree and judgment dated 07.09.2023 made in RLTOP.No.651 of 2022 on the file of XV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and made the following endorsement: "The premises may be completely vacated and handed over on or before 31.10.2025. Hence, this Revision Petition may be permitted to be withdrawn as it has become infructuous."
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
