ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to issue fresh notice to the petitioner in the manner prescribed under law in connection with the unknown crime Number of 2014 on the file of the respondent and to consequently dispense with the appearance of the petitioner till then.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent-police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of investigation and hence he did not appear before them.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court may direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent-police for interrogation based on his complaint.

5. Having regard to the submissions made on either side, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 26.09.2015 [Saturday] at 10.00 a.m., without fail relating to his complaint.
