ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(2) and 307 IPC in Cr.No.169 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has lodged a police complaint before the law enforcing agency alleging that he was attacked by the petitioner for money and sustained injury.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been wrongly implicated in this case and prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are twenty two (22) previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner herein and prays for dismissal of this petition.

5. Considering the fact that there are already twenty two previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
