By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.A.Rajakumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R. Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the second respondent to consider the representation dated 07.07.2015 and return back the documents.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that summon has been issued as per the rules framed under the Cooperative Societies Act, calling upon the petitioner to remit a sum of Rs.4,20,123/-, which according to the respondent is due as on date.

In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law and also furnish the statement of accounts. In the event, there are no amounts payable by the petitioner, then, the respondent shall return the document to the petitioner after following due process of law.
