2. Heard Ms.K.Nithyashree, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Prakash Adiapatham, learned counsel for the respondent-1 and Mr.K.S.Mohandass, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) assisted by Ms.N.Danalatchowmy, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 and 3.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
