Heard Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. B.Sivakolappan, Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 01.10. p.m today, apart from the earlier hearing on 20.06.2022. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, state that the amount due to the Petitioner has been recovered from the Fourth Respondent and a sum of Rs. 15,51,956/- has been remitted by Cheque No. 627042 dated 04.04.2019 and the Petitioner has also withdrawn the same. The First and Second Respondents have also filed a memo dated 29.06.2022 to that effect, 2/4

which is placed on record. In such circumstance, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
