Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent and 2nd respondent to remove all these shops around and keep High Court Metro Station in proper visible manner for the purpose of serving in the public at large.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petition is full of bald allegations. The petitioner, who is a lawyer, has made allegations against the first respondent that it has no authority or right to construct and let out shops for profits as that is illegal etc. When we asked repeatedly as to under which law it is illegal, no answer was forthcoming.

Petition is, therefore, dismissed. There shall be no order as to the costs.
