Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representations dated 18.03.2023, 03.03.2023 and 21.02.2023 respectively made by the petitioners to refund the tuition fee of Rs.40,000/- paid by them.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners pursued B.A.LLB (Hons) from Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University and they made representations on

18.03.2023, 03.03.2023 and 21.02.2023 respectively to the respondents to refund the tuition fee of Rs.40,000/- on the ground that the petitioners, being the first graduate in their family, are entitled for first graduate scholarship and the respondents ought not to have collected the tuition fee. Since the representations have not been considered, the petitioners have filed these Writ Petitions.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would further submit that though very many grounds have been raised in these Writ Petitions, it would suffice, if this Court may issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representations dated 18.03.2023, 03.03.2023 and 21.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
