(The case has been heard through video conference) According to the petitioner, on 06.08.2012, an extent of 0.87.0 ares of land were assigned to the petitioner in Survey No.108/2 and he is in possession and enjoyment over the land. Since the revenue records have not been mutated in the name of the petitioner, he sent various representations to the authorities concerned. The first respondent District Collector also on 13.02.2021, directed the fourth respondent Revenue Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders and no orders have been passed. Hence the petitioner again sent a representation on 26.05.2021, but so far no orders have been passed, hence he filed the present writ petition.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the fourth respondent will consider the said representation of the petitioner and will pass suitable orders on merit.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2021 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
