2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, considering the cases in C.C.Nos.54, 53 and 52 of 2011, which are of the year 2011, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the said cases as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
