Application No.3292 of 2019 in C.S.No.124 of 2019 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.

This Application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the Written Statement in the above Suit along with documents in support of the defence of the Applicant-Company.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant/Defendant. According to him, the delay of 38 days in filing the Written Statement is only due to administrative reasons and that the delay is neither wilful nor wanton.

3. Since the delay of 38 days in filing the Written Statement is within 120 days (30 days + 60 days) prescribed under the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, this Application is allowed.
