Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent university to conduct the examinations for the petitioners which is scheduled on 19.05.2022 onwards at the 3rd respondent university campus or any other government institution under the Supervision of the 3rd respondent University and further direct the 3rd respondent to conduct internal examination for the petitioners publish the results. ORDER

The petitioners are the students studying in the 4th respondent institution and they are pursuing BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) and BHMS (Bachelor of Hoemopathic Medicine and Surgery) courses.

2.In the normal circumstances, the concerned educational institution will be the centre for conducting examination. Since, the 4th respondent was found to have indulged in malpractice, its status as examination centre was withdrawn by the University. It is also stated that last year the University held the exams for the students of the 4th respondent in the University campus itself. The petitioners want the very same

facility for this year also. Since, the university has not taken a formal decision, this Writ Petition came to be filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent stated that the University will conduct the examination for the petitioners herein in the University campus itself from 19.05.2022 onwards. 4.Recording the above submission, the Writ petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
