This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3395 of 2024 on 05.03.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once i.e. first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., and other two petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
