ORDER
The present application has been filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the written statement in the above captioned suit.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on either side.
3. Mr.M.A.Prashanth Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
would vehemently oppose the application stating that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application cannot be accepted to be a valid reason for the delay and therefore, prays this Court to dismiss the application.
4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is of the view that the reasons attributed for the delay are bonafide reasons and therefore, this present application stands ordered and the delay is condoned.
