The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 19.06.2015.

2. According to the petitioner, one V.Sivasubramanian, who is junior to the petitioner is given promotion and holding higher post than the petitioner. Hence, he made a representation, dated 19.06.2015 to the second respondent setting out his grievance in this regard. In the said representation, he has also given a

No costs.
