2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that the plaintiff viz., E. Soundaravalli and S.Soundaravalli is one and the same person. Hence, she seeks a direction for refund of the court fee to the plaintiff.

3. In view of the above submission, Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee if any paid by the plaintiff in the Civil Suit in accordance with the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act, 1955.
