With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to process the online patta in the names of the petitioners, pursuant to their letters dated 13.01.2024 and 24.01.2024.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioners that though they are patta holders in respect of the lands in S.Nos.4/10, 4/11, 4/19, 4/21, 4/22, 4/23, 4/30, 4/31, 4/32, 4/33, 4/34, 4/35, 4/36 and 4/37, the same was not uploaded in the online. Hence, they seek a direction to the respondents to process their online patta.
5. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that for processing online patta, necessary fee has to be paid by the petitioners, for which, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners will pay the requisite fee at the earliest.
6. Hence, let the Revenue authorities concerned upload the patta of the petitioners in online and the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 05.06.2024 gya (1/2) Index : Yes/No 3/4
