2. The attempt of the petitioner to have the temporary permission granted in the year 1999, regularised failed. Hence this revision. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the unauthorised construction has been demolished by the petitioner and a report has also been sent to the third respondent regarding the same.

3. Recording the said statement, the revision is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
