This application seeks to condone the delay of 220 days in filing the application to set aside Insolvency Notice dated 05.02.2018 in IN. No.4 of 2018 issued by the respondent/petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the delay was occasioned by reason of unavoidable business issues and ill health.

3. The delay is condoned upon payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Madras within a period of one (1) week from today.

4. Registry is directed to number the application, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 26.11.2018.
