ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent to register the documents presented by the petitioner without insisting to produce the original parent
documents.
2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner being nominated as a Special Power of Attorney by the Principal of M./s. V.G.P Investment, had placed certain documents for registration before the 3rd Respondent/Sub-Registrar. However, the 3rd Respondent had refused to entertain the same, insisting the petitioner to produce the parent documents for registration. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.11.2021 for registration of subject documents before the 3rd Respondent,however, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition. 3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 3rd Respondent/Sub-Registrar to consider and dispose of the representation dated 02.11.2022 made by the petitioner, within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the subject documents will be entertained, if the same is otherwise in order. 5.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd Respondent/Sub-Registrar is directed to consider the representation dated 02.11.2022 made by the petitioner and entertain the subject documents along with the necessary stamp duty and registration charges and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if the same is otherwise in order, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
