ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.T.Varadarajalu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Learned State Government Pleader submits that encroachment exists on the common pathway and the authorities would take steps to remove the encroachment in accordance with law. The steps would commence within a period of six months from today.
3. It is made clear that we have not opined about any encroachment or otherwise, it is on the basis of the submissions made by the learned State Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. The aggrieved parties, if any, are entitled to defend in case some action is initiated.
4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
