This Writ Petition has been filed against the order dated 22.08.2016 passed by the second respondent in transferring the petitioner. 1/3

2. During the course of hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of transfer impugned in this writ petition has been modified subsequently and he was re-transferred vide proceedings dated 10.08.2018.

3. In view of the factual position, learned Government Advocate would submit that this writ petition has become infructuous. Learned Government Advocate has also placed a proceedings dated 10.08.2017 issued by the second respondent.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
