CMP No.8754 of 2020 in SA SR No.50069 of 2020 CMP No.8754 of 2020 in SA SR No.50069 of 2020 R.SUBRAMANIAN, J The petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 377 days in filing the Appeal, it is seen from paragraph 8 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the petitioner is suffering from Cervical cancer and she was under treatment. The illness of the petitioner is not totally denied by the respondents.

Considering the fact that the pandemic also intervened, I am of the opinion that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Hence, this petition is ordered and the delay of 377 days is condoned.
