A.No.4381 of 2019 in OP.No.561 of 2015 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The Succession Certificate was granted for the securities that stood in the name of late J.Thamburaj on 18.12.2015. This application has been taken out seeking extension of the Succession Certificate to another security viz., Life Insurance Policy that stood in the name of the deceased J.Thamburaj.

2. Considering the reasons assigned in the the affidavit filed in support of the application and the fact that the omission of the security in the Original Pettion was because of a bonafide error, this application is allowed extending Succession Certificate to the security mentioned in the schedule to the petition.

3. It is seen that the duty payable for extension of Succession Certificate has also been paid.

4. Hence, this application is allowed.
