Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2023 and reminder dated 22.05.2023 within time framed by this Court and consequently, issue a separate patta to and favour of the petitioner measuring an extent of 4 cents, comprised in survey No.86/14 of Kallanthal Village, Kanchipuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2023 and reminder dated 22.05.2023 within time framed by this Court and consequently, issue a separate patta to his land.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.
4. The case of the petitioner is that due to dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent, the third respondent has given a representation to the second respondent stating that UDR Patta bearing No.57 was wrongly issued in favour of the petitioner and requested to cancel the same. Howeverm the second respondent advised the parties to approach the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to first respondent on 28.03.2023 2/4
followed by a reminder on 22.05.2023 for issuance of separate patta in favour of the petitioner. But the first respondent has not taken any action till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2023 and the reminder dated 22.05.2023 and pass Orders on merits, after giving opportunity to the third respondent and the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
