The petition is to quash the final report filed for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 417, 294 (b), 323 and 506 (i) of IPC.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the Trial has commenced in the impugned proceedings and three witnesses have been examined out of seven witnesses.

3. In view of the commencement of the Trial, this Court is not inclined to entertain the quash petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all his points before the Trial Court. 2/4
