Comp.A.No.158 of 2020 in C.P.No.291 of 2013 M.SUNDAR.J., Mr.K.Jayaraman, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw captioned application, but submits that the rights of the applicant may please be preserved for taking out any other application with same/similar prayer, after impleading State Bank of India and / or any other necessary party, as the learned Official Liquidator is now taking the stand that the monies payable to the security agencies has to come from the Bank.

2. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion on this plea in this proceedings and all questions are left open. Captioned application dismissed as withdrawn albeit preserving the rights of the applicant to take out any other application with same/similar prayer after arraying State Bank of India and/or any other party as respondent.
