ORDER

As early as on 02.04.2025 itself, this Court appointed an Advocate Commissioner to re-possess the vehicle. Till date, the vehicle has not been located. Till date, further extensions were sought for by the learned counsel for the applicant.

2.In view of the fact that sufficient opportunities have been granted for the Advocate Commissioner to re-possess the vehicle, no further extension can be granted.

vga 3.Accordingly, this application is closed. Liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

4.Once the vehicle is located and while considering the fresh application, this Court shall consider retaining the very same Advocate Commissioner since the applicant has already paid the initial remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner.
