.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 to modify the award in O.P. No.MSEFC/CR/48/2013 dated 10.11.2014 to the effect that the petitioner is entitled to a sum of Rs.15,03,746/- (Rupees fifteen lakhs three thousand seven hundred and forty six only) towards interest claim as provided under Section 16 of MSME Act 2006 for delayed payments from the first respondent and further interest from the date of claim upto the date of payment.
