ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment by the sixth respondent on OSR land meant for park and road. Representation is given by the petitioner to the official respondents on 29.11.2023. The respondent authorities shall consider the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law, after following the principles of natural justice, and hearing the party who would be aggrieved. A decision be

taken, preferably within nine months and the same be communicated to the petitioner.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
