(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the above Appeal against the order dated 22.04.2025 in MCOP.No.13 of 2022 on the file of MACT III Additional District Judge, Puducherry.

2. The respondents 1 to 3 / claimants filed caveat. In the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, it had been stated that the order was passed on 22.04.2025 and the certified copy was not made ready owing to the administrative reasons. Thereafter, the web copy of the order was uploaded and there was a delay in getting administrative sanction to file and Appeal.

3. Taking note of all the factors, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.

4. It is made clear that the caveators would be heard, when the Appeal is taken up for admission. The Registry is directed to print the names of Mr.R.Sreedhar, Mr.R.Vinoth and Mr.C.Arun Kumar, learned counsels for caveators, when the Appeal is listed for admission.
