The contemnor is present. An affidavit has been filed by the contemnor indicating that notice has already been issued on 20.12.2018.

2. The application in Sub Application N0.20 of 2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been filed to implead the private party as respondent.

3. We are not inclined to pass any order in this application as the order passed is very specific, directing the respondent to take action, which has been done. Therefore, the contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the parties to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, Sub application No.20 of 2019 stands closed.
