The respondents are within the Jurisdiction of this Court and it is only the property in question which is situate outside the Jurisdiction of this Court. Hence, the application has been filed seeking leave to sue the respondents / defendants and the suit property mentioned in Schedule of Property.

2. The leave to sue is granted only with reference to suing the respondents / defendants.
