This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, this petitioner has a quarrel with the children born to her husband, through his first wife. This petition has been sent by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint in person to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the respondent Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry in accordance with law.
