(Order of the Court was made by K.RAJASEKAR, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 263 days in filing the appeal.

2.Notice had been directed and the learned counsel for the respondents had entered appearance. The learned counsel for the respondents stated that he has no objection in condoning the delay.

3.Among the reasons stated for condoning the delay, it has been stated that administrative sanction has been obtained for filing the appeal. In that process, there has been a delay.
