(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it transpires that the Tahsildar/respondent No.3 has found the allegation of encroachment by the petitioner against respondent No.4 to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

genuine. We are informed that a suit was filed by respondent No.4 claiming title against the authorities. But no interim order has been granted.

That being the position, the authorities being respondent Nos.2 and 3 are free to proceed in accordance with law and complete whatever the necessary action required within a period of two months of the receipt of the copy of this order.
