O R D E R
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b) and 307 (ii) IPC, in Crime No.604 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant one Saradha is that A1 to A4 in this case had already assaulted one Arun, Since, the said Arun seems to be the friend of the defacto complainant's son, the petitioners attacked the son of the defacto complainant with Aruval. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the injured discharged from the hospital. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A1 to A4 assaulted the defacto complainant's son and the injured discharged from the hospital only due to covid-19 situation. He also submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner. However, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions of the learned Counsel and the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
